Spark* /Cierna voda Part of a bigger urban planning effort by GRUNT developers the Spark* city is based on the masterplan by gutgut and Van Der Oever Zaaijer & partners. The ambition is for the city not to become a housing satellite for Bratislava but instead create a self-sustaining city with its diversity, density and identity. The Garden Village area is situated in the north-east of proposed city and consists mainly of high density individual living varying from single family houses to small appartment blocks. The blocks are shaped by the structure of public spaces /small squares with playgrounds, public greenery/ that help to give the area its own village like identity. BEEF |
